Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your blumo figure to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@iamblumo.com first — please don't send your item back before reaching out, so we can confirm the details with you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at hello@iamblumo.com if your figure arrives damaged or if something's wrong with your order, so we can make it right.

Limited releases
blumo is made in small, numbered batches. Once a run sells out, that particular piece won't be restocked — so returned items are not always guaranteed to be resold or replaced in the same run.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipping into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to process and post it on their end.
