We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur. Blumo reserves the right to:

correct errors or inaccuracies;
limit quantities available for purchase;
modify or discontinue products at any time;
cancel or refuse any order, including after an order confirmation has been issued, and issue a refund if applicable.

By placing an order, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

7. Shipping, returns, and risk of loss

IN NO EVENT SHALL BLUMO'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BLUMO FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE OR (B) $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, these limitations apply to the extent permitted by law.

The Site is controlled and operated from within the United States. We make no representations that the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access the Site from outside the United States do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
